Negative. There’s not too much to say about it – the test was negative. Since it’s 12dop and Fern’s luteal phase is usually pretty short, there’s not much hope left for this cycle. It all feels so bleak but I’m glad we know.

Fern had a temp rise this morning, 11dpo, and it was probably more frightening than exciting. I love the part of the WP stats page that tells me search engine terms people used to find my site. Yesterday someone typed “i need to pee school” to get to me. The first search term that came through when my blog was brand new was “gendering baby parakeet.”
